Switch on - well done Kerry!

Kerry Searle aged 7 from Howbridge School switched on the lights. At the event Kerry was presented with a Winners Certificate from the Witham Town Mayor Councillor Patricia Lee.

We had a good attendance for the event and also there to sing some songs were the performers from the Essex Group who in association with the Crowded House put on the Panto " Dick Whittington " in the Public Hall. 

After the switch on everyone went back to the Crowded House in Maldon Road who kindly laid on Tea, Coffee and mince pies for which we were very grateful.
